Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all Booked website services provided by BinedCo Management to the Client.

– Binedco reserves the right to change and amend above quotation with / without prior notice.
– Lead time is calculated from the day deposit / upfront payment received.
– Deposit / upfront payment is not returnable and will be forfeited if client change of mind or cancelled the project.
– Balance payment should be cleared 3 days before the project is launched.
– Service charges is applicable if any enhancement or support requested by clientclaim whatsoever or breach of this
Agreement, whether or not arising out of negligence, shall be limited to the charges paid for the Services under this Agreement in respect of which the breach has arisen.
